All departures are guaranteed for tours paid in full.TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel insurance should be considered before booking any tour. Cambodia Trips will not be responsible for any kind of accident, illness, personal injury, death, loss or damage of personal property or luggage.More than a dozen companies in the USA sell travel insurance. You can compare prices on Insured MyTrip.com or buy it through your local travel agency.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS:
All tour costs are based on double occupancy.A deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of booking. Balance due 60 days prior to departure. All checks should be made to Cambodia Trips.
REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation received 60 days prior to departure will receive a full refund.Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to departure will be assessed a $300 per person administrative cost in addition to any cancellation charges by hotels and airfare on the tour.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cambodia Trips is only an agent in organizing tours. Neither Cambodia Trips or its agents, it’s agent successors or assigned, shall be liable for any property loss or damaged, personal injury including death, or any other damage to any tour member sustained on the tour whether arising out of or is incidental to the tour program or otherwise. The acceptance of our service provided under the tour shall be deemed as acceptance by the tour member of all these conditions.
