Whilst the temples of Angkor are enough to draw most people to Cambodia, the country offers far more for the discerning traveler. This trip begins with the arresting temples of Angkor, before journeying to the vibrant capital of Phnom Penh. Finally, travel south to the beautiful pristine beaches of Sihanoukville for some rest and relaxation
Brief Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive in Siem Reap.
Day 2 - Early start to watch the sun slowly rise over the jungle covered temple of Ta Phrom. Spend the rest of the day exploring a selection of the temples in the ‘Grand Circuit’ including Angkor Wat.
Day 3 - A further day to explore the fascinating temples for which this area is famous, including the lesser visited Rolous Group.
Day 4 - A final morning to enjoy the temple complex. Take a trip on Tonle Sap Lake in the afternoon.
Day 5 - Fly to Phnom Penh in the morning. Spend the afternoon discovering some of the sights of the city including the Grand Palace.
Day 6 - In the morning visit the sites of Cambodia’s recent history with your guide. This afternoon transfer by car to Sihanoukville.
Days 7-10 Spend the next couple of days unwinding on the beautiful white beaches.
Day 11- Transfer back to Phnom Penh for your evening departure flight.
