Details Itinerary
Day 1- Arrive Siem Reap
On arrival in Siem Reap, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Siem Reap is the base for exploring the fabled temples of Angkor, the ancient capital of the Khmer empire. After one or some hours relax, you will begin a tour of the temples that includes the early-Angkor era temples of the Roluos Group - Preah Ko, Ba Kong and Lo Lei.
In the afternoon you will continue to visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, the famous Bayon, the Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. Return to hotel after watching the sun set at Phnom Bakheng.

Day 2- Siem Reap – Angkor Temples
After breakfast you will spend the morning on an extensive tour of the magnificent 12thcentury Angkor Wat.
In the afternoon you will visit Sras Srang, Banteay Kdei, the fabulous Ta Prohm Temple, embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers and the small twin temples of Chau Say Tevoda and Thommanon.

Day 3- Siem Reap - Banteay Srei & River of 1,000 Lingas
After breakfast you will depart for a full day excursion to overgrown and rarely visited Beng Mealea Temple, which served as a model for the more famous Angkor Wat. You will head to the unique riverbed carvings at Kbal Spean (River of 1000 Lingas). On the way back to Siem Reap you will visit the Citadel of Women, Banteay Srei and finally Banteay Samre.

Day 4- Siem Reap – Tonle Sap Lake
After breakfast, you will enjoy a short walk through a tranquil and typical Siem Reap neighborhood before take a drive to Tonle Sap Lake to board a local boat for a cruise through the floating villages (best from July to February). Return to the town before lunch time.
In the afternoon you will explore the Grand Circuit and the temples of Pre Rup, East Mebon, Neak Pean and Preah Khan.

Day 5- Siem Reap - Departure
Breakfast at hotel. It depends on your departure flight time you may want to choose a visit to Siem Reap market and/or the workshops of Artisans d’Angkor (wood and stone carving) and/or the Angkor Silk Farm at Pouk and/or the Landmine Museum of Mr Aki Ra before the transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
